About The Artist

Hi, I’m Shubham A.K.A. Goyell Saab. Born and bred in Dehradun, the musical bug caught early on. However, like most creative desis during my time, I went through all the hoops in order to secure a high paying job. After completing my degree (Nautical Tech.) from BITS Pilani, I started my career as a Sailor. Traveling the world changed my perspective towards life immensely. The high paying job wasn’t what I wanted from life. Going out on the forecastle with my guitar, writing songs and watching the vast ocean was a regular occurrence during my time out at sea. Music kept calling. So, after sailing for a couple of years, at the age of 24, I quit the merchant navy to pursue a career in the field of music. I Shifted to Mumbai and joined the True School of Music to solidify my Production Skills.

While at the True School of Music, I formed a band named Absolution and won every competition there was to win at TSM. We performed multiple times at coveted venues like Blue Frog, Hard Rock Cafe, Mehboob Studio and so on.

After completing a year at the True School, I discontinued my studies to assist and learn from Music Directors working in the Industry.

After working with various Music Producers and Production houses in various capacities, I landed a gig at the Music Factory. At the music factory, I scored music for the following shows -

Detective Dev (Colors)

Love on the run (MTV)

The Test Case (Alt Balaji)

Dev 2 (Colors)

Skulls and Roses (Amazon Prime)

Uninvited (Mtv)

Pyaar ke Papad (Star Bharat)

Ishq Aaj Kal (Zee5)

Nishedh (Mtv)

Having learned the ins and outs of production, in 2019, I started my own production house called

The web series, PhysicsWallah on Amazon is my latest work in the capacity of a music director.

Some notable projects as the founder of include -

India Film Project Season X - Winner (GOLD) - Music Director

Bharat Agri Advertisements - Music Director

Parker Pens Advertisements - Music Director

Rapido Bike Taxi Advertisements - Music Director

Docsapp "Baat Toh Karo" Advertisements - Music Director

Medibuddy Advertisements - Music Director

OK Credit Advertisements - Music Director

Having worked really hard to establish a fully functioning Music Production House, I’m back to doing what I love the most, making songs for my soul. Every song that I make is a story derived from a chapter in my life. Your support would help my story reach the masses.
